By accessing and using Webtigo (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Our Service is provided "as-is" and without any warranties, express or implied.

2. Description of Service

Webtigo provides a collection of free online web tools, including but not limited to, PDF generation, image compression, image resizing, and text-to-speech services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. Data Processing and Retention Policy

When you use tools that process files—such as the "Images to PDF" converter or the "Image Compressor"—the files you upload are processed securely in the volatile memory of our servers only for the duration needed to fulfill your request. We do not retain, store, backup, or share your uploaded files permanently. Once the process is complete and the final output is served back to you, the files are immediately discarded from memory.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You shall not upload any files that contain malware, illegal material, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to ban users who abuse our systems or violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Webtigo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Premium Services

Some features might be available through premium links. Webtigo is not responsible for the contents or reliability of any linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
